Local H News
It's official: there's a Local H DVD coming out. When, I don't know. But there's a trailer that was just released today. It looks like it will be the band performing their 12 Angry Months album all the way through, with interviews with the band also. It looks like its called 68 Angry Minutes. This sounds like a must have, especially considering it will be their first DVD. Check out the trailer below.
But that's not all. They just released a crappy new video for "Machine Shed Wrestling". There's not much to it, but I've seen worse. Watch it after the jump.

See, weekends were made for Michelob, But it's a Monday,
Ran across this while reading Olivia O'Lovely's wiki page. The vid is from 03 and is a lil obscene so probably best to watch somewhere you wont get into trouble like a public library or a starbucks.
Did you know Digital Underground released a new album last year and then disbanded? Yeah I had no idea. Heres a snippet.

Cool Cover Song
I came across this cool cover of Alice in Chains "Would" done by Sweden's Opeth. I think this is pretty timely seeing as how there's supposed to be a new AIC album coming this year. I have mixed feelings about it, but who knows. It could be good. That's it. Nothing else. Things are pretty slow here.

New Clutch...Soon

Read on Blabbermouth the other day that there will be a new Clutch album in July. Obviously, that's awesome news. And I'm assuming that also means there will be a tour to come as well. I haven't seen Clutch in quite a few years so I'm hoping they make their way to the Bay Area soon. Until then I guess this live clip of "Tight Like That" will have to hold me over.

I'm Back...With Random Videos!!!
Wow, it feels like forever since I've put something up here. Only back because I'm at work and I'm really bored. So I figured I'd do a little random video post and make myself happy. Who knows, maybe it will even make you happy as well.
Why not start things off with a little Sugartooth. There's something about this song "Sold My Fortune" I've always liked. Cool groove, kinda stoney. It's somehow stayed with me all these years. Only thing I really know about these guys is their guitar player was in Ugly Kid Joe for a little while. Cant's beat that.
Next, it's Faster Pussycat, bitches. I know what you're thinking, but check out "Nonstop to Nowhere". Cool little song. For some reason I couldn't find the video. Sorry, this one is a challenge. But worth it.
I'm closing it out with a little Warrior Soul. I thought about Warrant but realized I needed to get a little bit of my cred back. So check out "The Wasteland" and like it.

Heavy On The Cheese, Please
Okay, so I've got a question to ask: Who wants to rock? Hopefully you all answered yes or at least something close to that. My wife and I were watching VH1 Classic's Metal Mania this past weekend and caught a rare treat: The Vinnie Vincent Invasion. Who is Vinnie Vincent, you ask? Well, he played with KISS for a cup of coffee after they fired Ace Frehley. After he was let go he started his own band. After that band dissolved, His singer and bass player would go on to form Slaughter and sell a few million records. Don't know what happened to Vinnie Vincent after that but I'm sure he's doing okay. Anyway, this is the video we saw and, my God, is it amazing.

Breaking Kayfabe
In a shocking upset in real wrestling Iowa's Brent Metcalf who had won 69 straight matches was defeated by North Carolina State's Darrion Caldwell. In the closing seconds of the match Caldwell was doing a victory lap cartwheel but Metcalf would have none of it.
