Did Local H make the album of the year?

Okay, so the year's not quite over yet. I'm sure some more shit will be coming out soon. But I'll be honest with you, I can't stop listening to Local H's 12 ANGRY MONTHS. So the thing is it's a concept album about a breakup. Each song represents a different month of feelings of the breakup. Cool, right? It starts out with accusations of stealing one's record collection to meeting your ex's rebound, to not wanting to let go and finally the realization that its over. At first I thought this was their best record in years. Then I was convinced it's the best album they've ever made. Now, it's leading the pack #1 on my year end list. Some may be wondering about Lil' Wayne. Yeah solid album. But there were a few songs on there I wasn't all that into (I'm looking at you Robin Thicke).
