They make them in Oreo, chocolate Oreo and nilla flavors. Cakesters do not taste that good either. But they are filling. Like little sweet balls of fat. One cakester has 15 to 18 grams of fat. That's just on little cake and there are 3 of them in a package. A Micky D's cheeseburger has 12 grams and medium fries has 20 grams. 
My point? The Devil makes really high fat bad tasting cakes, but I still like them.
