Who's Afraid Of The White Witch?

Well Halloween is coming and since it was suggested to me by Slider, I thought I would talk about the White Witch of Niles Canyon. In Fremont, Ca there's a little town called Niles. Not much there but a few crappy bars and some antique shops. Anyways, there's a windy canyon that takes you to a freeway. It's creepy in the daytime, and 5 times as creepy at night. Ever since I was a kid my parents have told me stories of the White Witch. I've never actually seen her though. There's a bunch of different stories about her. Some say she was a student who died on her prom night. Others say she was a newlywed who dies on her wedding night. Well, apparently some people saw her. Don't know if I believe that one, but hey I love a good ghost story. There's also a film about the White Witch in the works. I've heard about this for a few years now. I'm hoping this thing actually comes to fruition cause it could be great. So if you get the chance one night to drive the canyon, keep an eye out for a lady in white. And besides, it's much scarier than this.
